Mamata Banerjee announces all public, private employees to join work from June 8

 Two days before Lockdown 4.0 is slated to end,  CM Mamata Banerjee said that all public and private workplaces will be back to business in the state by June 8.
                                

While making the announcement, the West Bengal CM claimed that her government had controlled the COVID-19 cases in the state to a certain limit but the cases have increased once again because of migrants coming from different parts.
                          

All places of worship in Bengal will also open from June 1, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee declared. School will remain shut all through June as their complexes are being used as quarantine centres for migrants returning home.
